Common questions
I bought something but it isn't unlocked
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
How do I cancel Pro?
On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, SiteQuantities. On Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
For iPhone purchases, Apple handles refunds: use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android purchases, email us or use the refund request in your Google Play order history. This does not affect your legal rights if the app is faulty.
Do I need an account?
No. There are no accounts. Purchases are linked to your Apple ID or Google account, so Restore purchases brings them back on a new phone. Your site book stays on the phone it was made on; syncing between phones is planned for a later update.
Can I use feet and inches?
Yes. Every field takes metric or imperial, and you can mix them, such as a length in metres and a depth in inches.
Why do my results differ from my supplier's?
Defaults such as density, coverage and waste are typical values, and each one shows its source. Your supplier's product may differ. Tap any default to change it to their figure.
Which country settings should I pick?
Pick Ireland, UK, Australia or US. It sets the usual material names, bag and pack sizes, and standards for your area. You can change it at any time in Settings.
How do I delete my data?
Data on your phone is removed when you delete the app. To delete anything we hold, such as AI assistant questions, email privacy@sitequantities.com. See the privacy policy for more.
Found a wrong number?
We check formulas against hand-worked examples. If a result looks wrong, email the inputs you used and what you expected to support@sitequantities.com. We fix confirmed errors first.
